R.G. (Scotty) Bissett
Scotty passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the age of 85. He is survived by Florence, his loving wife of 62 years; children Pat (Jim), Bill (Becky), Doug (Anne), Jim (Twila); grandchildren Derek, Bob, Jacob, Shelby, Nathan and Adriaan; sister in law Helen; nephew Bruce. Scotty came to Saskatchewan in 1953 to play with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He then went on to join the Regina Fire Department where he worked for 35 years. At his request there will be no funeral. Flowers gratefully declined. If desired, donations may be made to the Regina Firefighter Burn Fund Association c/o Office Suite A, 3525 Pasqua St., Regina, SK S4S 7G9 or the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre St., Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
