Obituary of Wilhelmina Frances Russell

Billie passed in the early morning of Saturday, September 26, 2020 with her daughter Debbie by her side.

Billie was predeceased by her husband Al; son Bill; son in law Ken Stepenoff; sister Margaret Wyatt and brother Jim Brown. She is survived by her daughter Debbie Stepenoff; sister Dorlynn Snider; brother-in-law Gordon (Heather) Russell; three grandchildren Rob (Nickie), Rhonda (James) and Rod; seven great-grandchildren; and special nephews and nieces Rick (Judy), Leslie (Murray), Jack (Myrna), Janice (Neil), Greg (Linda), and Janie.

When Mom and Dad retired, they moved from Regina to their cottage at Island View, SK where she lived until Dad's passing. She then moved back to Regina for a few years, before moving to live with Debbie on an acreage outside of Strasbourg, SK.

Mom loved to cruise; she fondly remembers the adventures and memories she had visiting many countries around the world.

Mom always said, “I have had a great life, I can't complain”. Remember Mom by raising your glass to a life well lived.

Honouring Mom's wishes there will be no service.
