So sad to hear of Victor’s passing. Victor was a big part of Kramer Home and a friend to our son Grant. We always loved his smile and his ability to try and join in the conversation. I grew up next door to Victor, hanging out with my my good friend Joyce (Victors youngest sister). I often remember Victor as a person who liked to laugh, and watch TV. He also liked sitting on the back steps on Broadway Avenue watching my sister, and his sister LorrIne, play volleyball back and forth over the fence.
Here's to you Victor - you were a very happy person!!
