Our condolences to David, Heather, Gordon and family on the recent passing your father and the passing of your mother in January 2019. We were down south in the winters and were not aware that Gladys had passed away until we read Ted's obituary. We grew-up on Queen Street next door the Watt's and have fond memory's of our long-term neighbours. I remember Ted teaching us an important life lesson to "always pay attention' and 'look at the big picture." He would have two snowballs in his hands - one hand behind his back. He would throw one snowball underhand high in the air and as we were watching that snowball he would - using his great baseball arm - fire a snowball at our chests. He never missed and it seemed it took us an longtime to learn to watch for the second snowball!
