Obituary of Susan Ilene Cowen

The family of Susan Ilene Cowen of Regina, SK is saddened to announce her sudden passing on Thursday, December 9, 2020 at the age of 65 years. Susan is survived by her son Steven Arsenault; brothers Brian (Cara), Keith (Willa) and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was pre-deceased by her parents Ruth-Ann (1974) and Charles (1975) Cowen.  Susan was a kind, caring person who enjoyed singing in the church choir, knitting mittens and scarves for those in need, and visiting with her son and friends in her building. She was born and raised on a small farm near Silton, SK and attended high school in Strasbourg and then moved to Regina for the remainder of her time with us. Susan was cremated and a graveside service will be held at the Silton Cemetery at a later time.
