Obituary of Richard Todd Bucknell

Richard Todd Bucknell was born on November 10, 1963 in Edmonton, AB and passed away in Regina on Sunday, February 27, 2021.

He was predeceased by his Father, Richard Bucknell in 2015. Richard is survived by his children: LaCrea (Robert), grandchildren Amil Celayne, Robert Jr & Joshua;  Jehoshua; Jeurome (Francis), grandchildren Tatiyanah, Samantha, Elizabeth & Jeurome Jr; and Gabriel (Maggie); his mother Isobel Bucknell (nee LaFayette);  siblings:  Debra (Gary) and family, Lorrie (Ken) and family, Jason (Chandra) and family; friends Nicole and Ben; and numerous relatives and friends

Richard worked hard, loved nature and the outdoors, and always had a smile on his face. He was kind, caring, and a light in everyone's life. Richard was committed to his family and showed it in many ways. He cared for his mother, adored his children & grandchildren, would do anything for his siblings, and devoted time to helping his aunts with yard work. Richard was there for friends, as if they were family, especially helpful to Celia, former babysitter and longtime friend of the family. He had a very caring and compassionate heart. Neighbors say he was always there to help and would drop things to do so. His laughter was contagious and his joyful heart will be remembered.

Richard was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.  He is greatly missed.

Burial will occur in the Summer at Fiske Cemetery, Fiske, SK
