So sorry to hear about Gail's passing. Gail was such a light in the mystery shopping world. Every month we would get a phone call like clock work for her trips to Saskatoon! Her voice filled our office with happiness and laughter. My condolences to her friends and family. The world is a little dimmer today.

I have so many great memories of my time spent with Gail - on many cruises, through our work, and numerous hour-long telephone conversations. I know how much her children and grandchildren meant to her because she spoke of them so often.
