Obituary of Andrew John Woloshin
Andrew John Woloshin (Andy), late of Regina, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 27, 2021, at the age of 87 years. He was predeceased by his parents John and Mary (nee Pitchko) Woloshin; brothers Wally and Alex; brother-in-law Alf Clermont; and Eva Woloshin (Candas and Perry's mother). Andy will be lovingly remembered and missed by his daughter Candas (Jeff) Rolls; son Perry (Carla); and “the boys” grandsons Justin and Brendan; sister Elsie Clermont; sisters-in-law Gladys Woloshin and Shirley Woloshin; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, his extended family, and friends.
Andy enjoyed bowling, square dancing and loved to go hunting and fishing with his buddies. He also volunteered with the St. John Ambulance for over 25 years.
Andy was well-liked, made friends easily and was always ready for a game of cards (preferably cribbage). After retiring from Saskatchewan Government Printing, he worked at Don's Auto Repair until November 2020, where he enjoyed interacting with customers and suppliers. He always said he was the chauffeur-gopher at Don's.
A special thank you to Dr. Prasad, who was more than a doctor to Andy and his family. Heartfelt thanks to the caring and compassionate staff of the Palliative Care Unit of the Pasqua Hospital.
While we cannot gather together at this time, we invite all who knew Andy to give a toast in memory of him and the wonderful life he lived. He will be remembered by all the good memories we have and stories he told. A Private Family Memorial will be held at a later date, as per his wishes.
Flowers will be gratefully declined, donations in memory of Andy may be made to the charity of your choice.
In Loving Memory
Andrew Woloshin
