Just heard today of Donna's passing. We were friends for many years, starting back when we both attended Northside Fellowship Baptist. We were always there for each other. Had many happy times together. So grateful to have had her as a friend.
My deepest condolences to the family & friends of Donna Veldhuis, on her recent passing. I often wondered where Donna was transferred to, from Wascana Rehab center. I would have visited her had I known she was in Green Falls landing Retirement Residence. I got to know Donna at WRC when her hubby Harry was a resident there and he was on the same ward as my hubby John. We often ate lunch together in the Cafeteria there. RIP Donna God Bless all your family.
Your passing Donna has left a huge hole in our lives but we take great comfort in knowing that you are free of pain and suffering and in the comforting arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We will be with you and Harry some day in His kingdom and will once again be able to renew our friendship. God bless.

Covid-19 kept us from coming to visit you, but we looked forward to our daily phone calls to make sure you knew how much you were loved by your California family.
