Obituary of Nancy Matheis

Nancy Joann Matheis Nancy passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the age of 56 years. Nancy is survived by her two daughters Lisa (Kevin) Macomber and Kayla Klotz; two grandchildren Kathyrn and Lawson Macomber; her parents Louise Matheis and Art Matheis; sister Debbie Hala; brothers Doug (Sherel) and Wes (Carol); her life-long friends Wendy Toop, Wanda Plante, Deb Meivre and Susan Craig; her church friends and dear friend Les Kovacs as well as many nieces and nephews. Nancy was very involved with her Church and had a very strong faith in God. She loved teaching Sunday school, the youth group and confirmation. Even though she had several health issues she always managed to put a smile on someone’s face with her sense of humor. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 935 N McCarthy Blvd., Regina, SK. A private interment will take place at a later date. The family wishes to thank Dr. Lotz for all the care and the nurses and staff on 6F for their compassion and care they provided Nancy over the past few months. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
