Obituary of Ruth Agnes Harman

It is with sadness that the family of Ruth Harman announce her passing on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, lovingly surrounded by family. Ruth leaves to mourn her husband of 50 years, Lorne. She also leaves behind her children Melissa (Ken) Racette, Larry (Kristal) Harman, Laura (Ryan) McMillan and Alison Harman (Kevin Smith). Ruth is survived by her grandchildren, Orianna, Amaya, Jakob, Charles, Jeremy and Rory; siblings, Lucille Henderson, Sherman Henderson; and sister-in-law, Liana Harman (Brian Steinberg). Ruth was predeceased by her parents Lawrence and Alice Henderson; sister Ada Morton; and brothers, Kenneth and Charles Henderson.

She was a strong woman of few words who travelled the path of life with an unwavering resolve. Our beloved mother and wife will be sorely missed as we continue the path without her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at the Kelliher Legion Hall. The interment of Ruth’s ashes will take place at Kelliher Cemetery at a later date.
