"Love divine so great and wondrous....He the pearly gates will open...." This was a song that I remember playing for Alfred and Frieda in our living room when we were all much younger! I know your Mom is a wonderful singer, but I remember the amazing blending of your Dad's voice, and I really enjoyed having such a wonderful privilege to accompany this beautiful harmony with singing from their hearts.
My deepest sympathy to Frieda’s family - I have so many fond memories of working with her at Qu’Appelle House ! Such a sweet lady and such a fantastic cook! I can imagine that she’s definitely up in Heaven singing with Alfred ! Love from Gayle Nash

Frieda was a warm-hearted, generous, welcoming and hard-working woman who will be missed by all who knew her. She lived a very full life and was able to overcome hardships with a steadfast faith in God.
I have always admired her positive and thankful spirit as well as her radiant smile. Goodbye Aunt Frieda, may you continue to smile brightly in heaven-
I'm so thankful that we could visit with Frieda recently in Regina. I know that she had a wonderful place to live and such a loving family to care for her. She was always such a positive comfort to me any time I was with her.
I also especially appreciated attending her 50th wedding anniversary where so many nice tributes were made to both Alfred and Frieda.
