Our parents always enjoyed Joe and Irma's company at our family events. Joe was very kind to our dad Willi who worked for Joe. Our parents never forgot that. My most sincere condolences. Mr Kratz was one of my favourite customers. I always looked forward to his visits to the store. He was always humble and kind, with a gentle smile on his face.
My deepest condolences to the Kratz family. I met Joe through dealing with him for appliances for his homebuilding business and I had nothing but the utmost respect for Joe. We shared many good conversations at the home builder meetings where we often sat together. Please RIP Joe!
