Obituary of William Cory Desjarlais

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of William Cory Desjarlais, age 50, of Regina, SK on Tuesday, July 18, 2023

Cory was predeceased by his infant son, Matthew Isaiah; parents, Billy Desjarlais and Linda Rosebluff; sister, Jennifer Rosebluff-Thomas; paternal grandparents, Phillip and Rose Desjarlais; maternal grandparents, Doris Rosebluff and Albert Agecoutay; aunts, Barbara Watetch, Irene Desjarlais, Donna Desjarlais and Irene Johns; uncles, Lloyd, Walter Sr., Reg, Alvin and David; and cousins, Becky and Rachel Dubois. He is survived by his children, William, Mackenzie, Jada, Hannah, Kirsten and Jacob; grandchildren, Bentley, Gracie and Kobe; sister, Carol Desjarlais-Charles; adopted sister, Candace Desjarlais; aunts, Antoinette Dubois, Victoria Kaiswatum, Sylvia Stevenson and Judy Johns; uncles, James Desjarlais, Elvis Johns and John Keepness; as well as numerous family members and friends.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Piapot Band Hall, Piapot First Nation, with Ministers Dezi and Joy Desnomie officiating. Burial to follow at Desjarlais Family Cemetery.
