Lois and I have known each other since high school. She was popular and knew everyone at school. I was more introverted and admired her energy and loud laugh. She would take me along to parties and I always had a great time with her. She took me to a party once in Regina Beach. The car broke down on the way home. We had a great adventure that night that I will always kinda remember lol.
Lois and I lost touch over the years and we had reconnected over the past few years. She came to mean a great deal to me. She was wise and kind. She would really listen to me. I don’t think I have ever met someone more authentic and genuinely open and caring.
Lois always spoke of her kids and grandkids. They were at the center of her world. They brought her joy everyday and I know they will remember their grandma with great love in their hearts.
I truly admired how she loved Randy. She always spoke fondly of him. She looked out for him and she worried about his stress through the last year. She would ask that all of us take care of him. She loved him so much.
You can’t buy old friends. We have all lost a great treasure in our lives. I find peace and even happiness knowing how strong her faith was in Jesus. She is in good hands now. Loved in heaven and on earth. I’ll miss you my great friend.

If Lois considered you her friend, then you were truly blessed. She was such an encouragement to me and so many others….in her eyes there was nothing her family or friends couldn’t do! She was a natural born cheerleader! I will so miss that about her, and her larger than life personality with a boisterous laugh to match. She was a friend to everyone she met, so full of life and enthusiasm. I am happy for her….that she’s gone home to be with the Lord, and that she’ll be reunited with her dad. I know we’ll get together again one day, but for now PenLo Island will have to wait. Rest peacefully my friend, I hope you know how important you were to me. It won’t be the same without you…

I will always remember Lois as a great sister-in-law and awesome aunt to Austin and Jordan. We spent a few vacations at the lake house and always enjoyed her hospitality and “warm potato salad” which became the way the boys like it to this day. We will miss your vitality and the enthusiasm with which you approached life.
See you in heaven,
Tammy and Tim

1 John 4:19-We love because he first loved us.
Lois had so much Love to share and that is why we Loved her so much. She was truly an angel on earth.
Dear Randy, Michael and family, it has been an honor to have shared in a small part of Lois's beautiful life. I was so blessed to have her as my friend, and I thank her so much for blessing me with a special gift that kept us bonded over the years.

I remember the courage, patience and grace Lois showed me when she was teaching me how to drive a standard vehicle. She was such a friendly, encouraging human who embraced life and every opportunity God presented her. She chose to live her life well ❤️ - Kim Taylor-Engel
