Tom was my go to when I moved out here 18ish years ago, I called him with all my questions living out of the city. My fav memory was a night it was storming and our mobile home was shaking and rockin' and I was scared home alone, I called Tom and said what if there is a tornado where should I hide or go? He said "Charmaine look out your window, are there trains parked on the track!" Yes.. "well if a tornado picks up the mobile the trains will stop it.." Hahaha okay thanks Tom. Thanks for your jokes and all your help and friendship over the years.

As I reminisce about Tom it takes me back to a time when he coached baseball at RPS. It was a long time ago, and I'm pretty sure it was just the civilians he coached, but I'm getting old too!!!! I do remember the name of our team was the "Lemonades".. We had turquoise t-shirts complimented with a big yellow lemon on front!! I also remember we were really really good.....okay we weren't that good. But I do remember Tom's patience with coaching us. The last thing I remember was getting clotheslined on my way to first base by Norm Stephen. Thank you Tom for bringing back those memories and the fun you brought back then!
