Obituary of Michael Henry Morris

Michael Henry Morris passed away suddenly and peacefully on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

Mike was born in Regina, SK on June 11, 1963. He was predeceased by his mother, Helen; his father Pete; and brother Pat. He is survived by his son Daniel; several siblings, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

In his early twenties, Mike spent a great deal of time with many friends, several of whom he remained in contact with up to his death. He was known for his abilities to roller skate, socialize and dance.

As he grew older, Mike socialized less, and buckled down to finish his schooling. He found work at Sears Canada until an injury forced him to find other employment. It was at this time Mike started work in the Security industry. He worked with SRG for several years at different locations, most of which were located in Regina’s Downtown area. He enjoyed spending time with his son Daniel and had a standing weekly visit with him.

Mike will be missed by friends, family, colleagues and neighbours.

A Come and Go Celebration of Mike’s Life will be held from 2:00 p.m.– 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 61 – 320 Sangster Blvd, Argyle Park Housing Co-operative.
