Obituary of Gary Vernon Peters

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Vernon Peters on Monday, May 6,2024. Gary was a remarkable man, who left a lasting impact on all those who had the privilege of knowing him!

Gary was known for his goofy laugh, his sense of humor, and his spice for life, but nothing mattered more to him than his family, that same family surrounded him on his last days. Gary was predeceased by his loving parents Vern and Mary Peters; and brother-in-law Edward Bateson.  Gary is survived by his son Phillip (Lyndsy) Stevenson, and granddaughter Brooke, of Fort McMurray, AB; son Daniel Ramirez, of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico; siblings, Kathy (Larry) Inman, Joey (Donna) Peters, Judy Bateson, Richard (Lisa) Peters; nieces and nephews Bob (Debbie) Inman, Sherry (Mario) Psenica, Sue (Stacey) Grohs, Mike Bateson, Maddie Peters, and Britney Peters; and his great-nieces and nephews. Together we will remember the good times and celebrate the life we were blessed to be a part of.

A small private family gathering will be observed on Sunday, May 12, 2024.
