Obituary of Catherine Leippi

CATHERINE LEIPPI (NEE: RABEAU) It is with great sadness that the family of Catherine Leippi announces her passing on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the Pasqua Hospital, Regina, SK. Cathy was born on October 28, 1947 in Carnduff, SK to Arthur and June Rabeau. Catherine and Gerald were married on July 22, 1978 and lived in Kronau where they farmed and made their home. Catherine was a full time homemaker and mother to their son Aaron. She enjoyed the company of her family and friends, working in the yard, camping trips and accompanying Gerald competing in Retriever field trials and hunt tests. Her laughter was legendary and all her friends will always have fond memories of her just enjoying life to its fullest. Catherine was predeceased by her parents and brothers-in-law, Donald Euteneier and Lauren Stromberg. She is survived by her husband Gerald and son Aaron Leippi (Jac Lynn), granddaughter Paisley, sisters Carole Hoveland (Murray), Susan Price (Lloyd), brother Michael Rabeau (Sally), sisters-in-law Ruth Euteneier, Louise Stromberg and brother-in-law Vernon Leippi (Peggy). A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Bread Of Life Lutheran Church, 3018 Doan Dr., Regina, SK. In lieu of flowers donations in Cathy’s memory may be made to Allen Blair Cancer Center or a charity of your choice.
