Russell was a wonderfully kind and sensitive man. I have enjoyed his and Glendas hospitality in their home in Regina, and will always fondly remember him playing his guitar and singing wherever he went. The Knutson clan is poorer for his departure. We will miss him.
As I think of you Russell I am so privileged to write these words. You have been a life long friend. Your life has always been about the wonderful godly values began from your early childhood. The beautiful life you created with Glenda, your family, friends and co -workers, music and just loving others will always have a special place in my (our) heart. Dear Glenda & family. I was so very sorry to hear of the loss of your precious Russ. I worked with Russ at Public Guardian for many many years. He was my “compadre” as he always said. What a beautiful soul he was, always willing to discuss, offer advice. He was a friend to many. And he lived his faith, always kind, we laughed together. He will be missed Glenda. Praying for you & your family as you mourn and grieve, that the God Who created all things will comfort you during this difficult time in the days, weeks and months ahead. Russ was a gem. I am so sorry Glenda & family to hear about the passing of Russ. I used to work with Russ at Public Trustee and he was one of the greatest people I have ever met. Russ was loved by all that knew him and will be sorely missed. I will think of him when I look up to the skies towards heaven. He is gone but will never be forgotten.
