Charlie and Charlotte Collins were very instrumental in welcoming the Dube-Hawkins family to Estevan, in 1977. We were a part of Grace Apostolic Church, and had many visits with the Collins family, over the years. Charlotte was always so welcoming, and never hesitated to offer a cup of tea, or a warm bed. It was such a privilege to be a guest in her home, after I had moved back to Estevan, and visited her in Regina, at Storey Manor. Charlie and Charlotte helped my son, Ted, to attend Eston Bible College, in 1980. The Collins family have a wonderful heritage. May you all be blessed as you remember your dear mom.
