It is with sadness that the family of Raymond Welder announce his passing on Friday, September 27, 2024 at the age of 73 years. Ray is lovingly cherished by his wife Joan; son Mitch (Jaycee); grandchildren Zeke, Daytona, Shelton and Macin; as well as fabulous friends and numerous family members. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at the Victoria Club, 1300 Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK.
