So sorry to hear about Uncle Eddie. I hope it's a comfort to know that he had a very long and productive life and accomplished so many things during his 100 years on Earth. To the family, please take care of yourselves and I am sad that we will not be able to make it out to Uncle Eddie's service.

We had a beautiful day on Nov 1st, Friday. A lot of old friends of the family, came. It was so humbling to see old friends come, and to see them, and catch up on their lives. We are so blessed to have a mother and dad that were awesome parents, and grandparents.

The days went quickly. It is hard to believe, that Dad is gone. The people that came out to honor Dad, were wonderful to see, since many of us do not live close by any longer. We could not ask for a more lovely sunny day. It made it so nice to be at the grave, and spend all the time we wanted to stay there, without freezing ourselves. We had picture slides of your Mom and Dad in the presentation. We love you all.

I have many fond memories growing up of Uncle Eddie and Aunt Josie at many family get-togethers. They were always so welcoming and fun-loving.
I'm sad that I will be unable to attend his funeral. I will keep Uncle Eddie, as well as you and your families, in my thoughts and prayers.

Uncle Eddie was my grandma’s (Ella) younger brother. I didn’t get to know him because we lived very far away in U.S. but I remember his smile and always very nice to us. I remember him letting us stay at his new house when we came for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. We will miss you Uncle Eddie. RIP

What a privilege to be born into the Faye Family. They were a close knot family. I remember your Grandma and Grandpa coming. Family was always a time of celebrating their time together. It is hard to believe that Dad is gone. We will miss him too.
