Obituary of Eila Badley

Eila Badley (nee Kiehl) 1931-2016 It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Eila at home on December 8, 2016. She was predeceased by her husband Jim in 2015, her parents, four of her siblings and her infant daughter, Suzanna. She is survived, loved and cherished by her children Donna and Barry, Kim and Cheryl, Lynne and James; her grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. She is also survived by her one remaining brother and her sibling’s spouses. Eila trained as an RN at RGNH and spent most of her career as an ER nurse. After moving to Milestone, she nursed many people and continued to use her skills by volunteering with the Soo-Line Ambulance. Eila also provided care to others through the Assisted Living Program. Eila’s wish was granted as she was able to remain in her beloved home surrounded by the beautiful antiques that adorned it. A Celebration of Eila’s Life will take place at the Masonic Hall in Milestone on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Regina Palliative Care, 1802 McAra St. Regina, SK S4N 6C4.
