Mrs. Woodward made a lasting impression on me, I never forgot her. I also never forgot her one of a kind sports car (a Nash) it was quite a sight to see in our little neighbourhood! I knew her when I was a young child, visiting the Prince of Wales library, several times a week. She instilled in me a lifelong love of reading. She was a very special lady. Gracious, patient, witty and if course, well read. I am sorry to read of her passing but happy that she enjoyed such a long and full life, including the decades after leaving her work at the library. RIP Emily and thanks for your kindness.
