Obituary of Albert Schlamp

Albert Schlamp March 28, 1937 – February 11, 2017 Albert passed away peacefully on February 11, 2017. He was predeceased by the love of his life, his wife Myrna; grandson Craig Wendel; parents Peter and Ethel; brothers Clarence and Clifferd; sisters Jean and Cindy. He leaves to cherish his memory his children, daughter Sheila Wendel; sons, Calvin (Jayda), Dale, and Shawn (Michelle); 10 grandchildren, Les, Brodie, Courtney, Melanie, Kyla, Rylee, Natasha, Graydon, Cassie and Payton; 13 great grandchildren; his brothers, Kenny (Elaine), Mervin (Sandra), Calvin (Esther), Larry (Cathy) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Albert was a kind and gentle soul who loved gymkhana, his grandchildren’s hockey and baseball, visiting at the coffee shop and being Payton’s chauffeur everyday! He will be missed very much by us all. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at the McLean Community Center (School), McLean, SK with Fr. Ed Hengen officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Albert’s name may be made to the Parkland Riding Club, Box 60, McLean, SK S0G 3E0
