Obituary of Lyle Murray Leonard

Lyle Murray Leonard Lyle Murray Leonard passed away on October 31, 2015 at the Regina General Hospital.  He was predeceased by his son, Christopher.  Lyle is survived by his wife and partner, Laura Hamilton; his four children, Rechel, Brett (Reena), David (Morgan) and Sarah; his four beautiful grandchildren, Olivia, Aiden, Oscar and Maxwell.  Lyle is also survived by his parents, Cliff and Elda Leonard; his sister Brenda (Richard) Stark, and his brother Brian (Becky) Leonard, his two nieces and three nephews. Lyle was born in Midale, and grew up in Estevan.  He spent the majority of his adult life in Weyburn and was a well-known face around the community from his work at the CO-OP and ReMax Realty.  Lyle loved to spend his free time putzing around his back yard, taking trips to Las Vegas with Laura, and going out for Friday night suppers with friends.  His grandchildren and his pets were the light of his life.  Lyle will be deeply missed by his family and friends. A Celebration of Lyle’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2015 at the Weyburn Legion Hall, 150 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Weyburn Humane Society.
