It is with great sadness and wonderful memories that the family announces the passing of our Mother, Grandmother & Great Grandmother Marion (Mari)Lyle Dean who passed away on Friday June 16, 2017 very peacefully on her 97th birthday at the Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Left to cherish her memory are Lyle (Marilyn) Dean, Susan (Bob) Orban, Rob Roy
(Marlo) Dean, Nancy (Henry) Flaman, Timothy (Shannon) Dean, 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Mari was a stay at home mother who instilled the value of family life into her children. She was an avid sports fan and her whole family was always happy to receive her knitted slippers and mitts. She developed many everlasting friendships through her involvement in bowling and swimming. We were so lucky to celebrate Mom's 97th birthday with a wee dram of scotch before her passing. The family would like to thank all the staff of the Palliative Care Unit and Home Care for their exceptional care and compassion during this trying time. A
