Matilda late of Regina, SK passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the age of 82 years with family by her side. She was predeceased by her parents Vincent and Louise Gerwautz; siblings Doug and Helen. Matilda is survived by her children Bradley (Teressa), Allison (Wally) Maas and Darci-Lynn (Kelly Weinberger); grandchildren Jarvis, Makaela, Gavin, Tiffani, Cody, Travis (Alexandra); 7 fur grandbabies; survived by siblings Art (Bernice), Pete, Marge (Leonard) and sister in law Marilyn as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends Walter and Marianne Skoropad. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at St. Cecilia R.C. Church, 5020 7th Ave., Regina, SK, with Fr. John Weckend as Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Matilda to the Canadian Diabetes or the Canadian Kidney Foundation.
