April 29, 1931 - February 1, 2018

Heaven gained a new angel today. After a brief illness, Art passed away peacefully with his family by his side. Art is predeceased by his first wife Betty; second wife Doris; parents Dave and Dora; brothers and sisters Gladys, Kathleen, Glenn and Leigh. He is survived by his daughter Valli; son Randy (Donna); grandchildren Kelsey (Ken), Lindsey (Jon), Josh, Hailey and Hannah; great-grandchildren Lennon and Oaklyn; brother Alfred and his special friend and nephew Bryan. Dad grew up in Porcupine Plain where he developed his love of hunting and fishing. As a young adult he got a job with the Department of Highways and enjoyed a long 37 year career there mainly based out of Regina. He enjoyed his retirement for 31 years and the time spent travelling, camping, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed following the Roughriders and watching curling (except Jennifer Jones) and spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service for Arthur will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Broadway United Church, 105 Broadway Ave., Regina, SK. All friends and family are welcome. Interment will be held at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined.
