Sheldon Riel Blacksioux
March 29, 1993 - December 19, 2015
Sheldon began his journey to be with his spiritual family. Sheldon was predeceased by his great grandmothers Helen Wesaquate and Beatrice Aisaican; grandparents Louis and Gladys Blacksioux; dad Ralph Blacksioux; sister Shenoa Sparvier; and cousin Trez Sparvier. Sheldon will be mourned and forever missed by his daughter Shenoa Raelynn Blacksioux; mother Sonya Sparvier; sister Shyla; brother Shayden; grandmother Brenda Sparvier; grandfather William Crowe; also his loving aunt and uncle Lois Blacksioux and John Desjarlais and their family who welcomed Sheldon into their home and family. Sheldon will be lovingly remembered and missed by numerous aunts, uncles, relatives and many cousins from both the Blacksioux and Sparvier families. Sheldon will be remembered for his beautiful smile and his gentle ways. Wake to be held 4:00 pm Tuesday, December 22, 2015 with the Funeral Service being held at 11:00 am Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Both will be held at the Piapot First Nation Band Hall, with Elders officiating. Traditional burial at the Blacksioux Family Cemetery.
