MACKNAK, Donald Thomas

Don passed away peacefully surrounded by family. He was predeceased by his parents Joe and Rose; siblings Vickie Macknak and Ann Partridge. Don leaves to mourn his wife Nina; children Blain (Lisa), Paula (Pete), Wade (Jennifer) and Andrea (Brant) as well as ten grandchildren. Survived by brother Stan (Rita); sister Diane (Ken); sisters in law Lois Ruth, Gwen East, Effie Dyer as well as many nieces, nephews and relatives. Don was raised and schooled in the Dysart district. He worked at the Co-Op Refinery, farmed and was a realtor. He was involved with church, a man of faith, serving on different committees. A Celebration of Don’s Life will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Our Lady of Peace R.C. Parish, 425 Broad St. N., Regina, SK. In lieu of flowers, donations in Don's memory may be made to Our Lady of Peace building committee or Wascana Grace Hospice.
