Obituary of Margaret Hoskins
Margaret Hoskins
October 05, 1937 - April 04, 2017
Margaret Hoskins October 05, 1937 - April 04, 2017 Margaret passed away peacefully on April 04, 2017 at the age of 79. She leaves behind her husband Charles with whom she was married for 54 years. She is survived by her 2 sons Kelly and Terry Hoskins (Jennifer). She was the proud grandmother to 6 grandkids; Lance Kruger, Bailey Hoskins, Hunter, Pierce, Doc, and Lena Hoskins. Margaret will be greatly missed by many other loving family members and friends.
Margaret was born in Winnipeg Manitoba in 1937. She endured a tragic childhood and turned that tragedy into many personal strengths which she carried through her life. Margaret graduated from Nursing school in 1962 as a registered nurse. The life long friends that she acquired during her education and training lovingly referred to her as Mac.
She was courted by a strong and handsome young man (Charles Leslie Hoskins) and deicide to become his wife and married on June 2, 1962. This year would have been her 55th year of marriage to her life long partner and best friend.
Margaret's personal strength and courage were evident in her fight against cancer and during a lifelong fight with diabetes. She managed and endured these challenges in life and still found time to share love, happiness, hope, warmth, and understanding; not only with members of her family but as well to friends, acquaintances, and strangers.
Margaret's spirit is preserved within her children and their children; as her sons continue to share who their mom was, how she treated people, how she loved them all, and how she provided an example of how to live a life, how to do it well, and how to do it with love and being loved; given all the challenges of human life.
In Loving Memory
Margaret Hoskins
