It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden yet peaceful passing of Maxine on January 1, 2019 at the age of 73 years young. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of almost 53 years, Jerome; daughter Dana (Jim); son Jayson (Bonnie); grandchildren Riley, Layne, Franky, Chantel (Cam), Cole (Sierra) and Cailey; great grandchildren Isabella, Ariel, Ivalyn and Carter. Max had a passion for life that was halted in 2002 after the removal of a brain tumor. She loved Elvis Presley, stuffed teddy bears, vacationing with her husband in Hawaii, dancing in the kitchen and of course, SHOPPING. At Maxine’s request there will be no funeral, however, a Celebration of Life will be planned in late spring. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Maxine to Teddy Bears Anonymous www.teddybearsanonymous.ca. The family wishes to give a heartfelt thanks to Arlene, Wayne, Deb and staff at the Crocus Plains Villa seniors home in Weyburn for all the love and support they gave to Max in these past few months.
