Dianne and Family:
It is with a heavy and sadden heart that Keith and I send this message of sympathy. Brian was a great person, he touched the heart of many and will be missed. He was always so good to us especially to our Grandson Hudson.
When at the club you could always count on Brian to have a good ( and sometimes heated) discussion especially related to politics.
Keep your memories close to your hearts and know that it does get easier to remember but you never forget.
May it help you in some small way to know that others understand your grief and share your sorrow.
Keith and Gladys Hill.

Brian was an amazing man and friend. He took my son and I under his wing and always looked out for us. My son adored him, the two of them spent hours every week running around the hall at the Victoria Club and standing outside watching the buses and the trucks drive by. He became Hudsons’ best friend, I will cherish the memories I have of them playing together. He recently got me to join his bowling team and I will forever be grateful for the memories of him trying to coach me how to bowl “just a little better”. He will be sorely missed and remembered fondly especially every time we go to “Brians’ House.” Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I work at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada and that is where I met Brian. He had a great sense of humor and loved to scare me - probably because I jumped so good. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. He will be missed.

I met Brain 20 plus years ago, he was our courier at Agriculture Canada. Our friendship grew and grew over the years. You always had a joke, snide comment, or trying to scare us at the office. I am sorry I never got to scare you back, it was not from lack of trying. You were like a father to me, you will be missed more than words can say. Hugs to the family Connie

I had an opportunity to meet Brian through five pin bowling 25 years ago. We bowled five and ten pin together in many leagues including one year at the Victoria Club. If seeing him at bowling wasn't enough, he followed me to my place of work. Brian never backed down from a challenge from anyone and I admired his zest for life. I always enjoyed shooting the shit with the old guy, as he always had a snide remark when you saw him. He always had a smile on his face and was willing to extended his hand to others.
He will be missed. All the best to his family and friends during this difficult time!
