Dear Lory & family,
Just learned of Arnold's passing today while talking to acquaintances. We are sorry that we were not aware of his passing or the Memorial Service at Parliament Community Church, where we spent many good years together while we were both in Regina. We will remember fondly our time together last summer when you and Arnold offered your services as our taxi while in Regina for Ike Wiebe's memorial service, and got to visit with you briefly in your new home in Regina. Our most sincere condolences to you all. May God grant you peace, strength, comfort and a special measure of His grace in this time of loss.
Love & sympathy,
Ken & Myrna Goertzen

Dear Lory, Ron, Dave and Ken and all your spouses, Wes and I are so sorry to hear of Arnold's passing on June 27th. We sincerely wish we could be at the memorial service but there are too many things happening here right now.
Lory, you and Arnold were among our close friends at West Portal. I will always remember how Arnold took me to the hospital to see Wes many years ago. When he brought me home, he said that if I would get a call during the night, no matter what time, I should call him to take me to the hospital. I also remember arriving at your door Lory, with tears running down my face to tell you that Wes was really sick in the hospital.
Boys, we learned to know and love each one of you in different ways and for different reasons. Ken, I think we've had the most interaction with you because after Wes and I were your Youth Leaders, you and Bonnie were Youth Leaders for Randy and Susan as well as Marcy and Eldon.
We rejoice knowing that Arnold is with our loving Father, but it still hurts to go on without him.
Your whole family is in our prayers,
With Love,
Wes and Martha Fehr

I enjoyed working with Arnold as a Gideon for many years - he was an encourager and always brought a smile and some laughter to our ministry.
Praying God’s peace, strength and comfort to Lory and his family.

Please accept my deepest condolences in the loss of your loved one. I always considered Arnold a gentleman, and a friend. We were neighbours as youth, and he was one of the first to help me learn how to ride bike. I appreciated his patience and gentle attitude. I only recall meeting Lory once, but his siblings would know me. Wishing you the Lords richest blessings and much comfort.
