Obituary of Henry Changwe Mutafya

With heavy hearts, we announce Henry's peaceful passing on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at his home in Regina, Saskatchewan. He was predeceased by his father Baston; son Joshua; brothers Teddy and Danny, as well as one sister, Dainess. Henry will be remembered fondly by his beloved wife Elizabeth; daughters Grace and Ithiel; son-in-law Cedric; mother Margaret; and brother Alfred.

Henry was an environmental engineer for nearly 30 years. He finished his career as an environmental management specialist at SaskTel. He earned his MBA in project management from Brenau University. Henry was also an active, long-time member of Harvest City Church and a pillar in his community. His pleasant demeanor and brilliant grin will be missed by those who loved and knew him.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Harvest City Church, 2202 8th Avenue North, Regina, SK. For those unable to attend a livestream may be found at youtube.com/watch?v=WVbv5T3MWko.

Following the service, Henry will be laid to rest at 3:00 p.m. in Riverside Memorial Park, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East, Regina, SK.
