So very sorry to learn of Jim's passing. He will always be remembered for his willingness to help whenever and wherever he could. We shared lots of good visits and laughs during coffee breaks over the years. So glad to have those memories now.

I went to school with Jim grade 1 to 12. I remember him as a gentle and very kind person. He was the only male who graduated in our Class of 73. Gone far too early. Jim you will be missed by so many family and friends.

Many years have passed by since we graduated in 1973 from Lestock High School. I still look fondly at our graduation picture with Jim (the only guy) in the middle of us 9 girls. You never forget those growing up years and your school friends. Rest in peace Jim.

It’s a sad day we lost such a good friend . So many times I would stop in to see Jim and have our world discussions not to mention the phone calls. He was such a kind and thoughtful person willing to help anyone. He was also a very talented person he could make or fix anything. Driving past that farm will be so hard to do. Thanks Jim for picking us a pail of Saskatoons. May you rest in peace . You will always be in our hearts.

I was saddened to hear of Jim's passing. We were close friends all through elementary school until I moved away after grade seven. We would spend a week or two at each others farms every summer and would have all kinds of fun with our childhood adventures. He was always kind and considerate. Although we didn't see each other much after I left, I will always remember him as my first best friend.
