It was my pleasure to be able to not only get to know Anne as my cousin but to also be able to take care of her in her final days as a resident when she moved into Golden Prairie Nursing Home. During this time she shared many great memories of her family her brothers and sisters, uncle's, aunts and of course cousins. She knew all the family history and was able to share with me. I will miss these conversations and her craving for JUICY FRUIT GUM which on many occasion would want Randy to buy her more. My sincere sympathy goes out to Randy, Jared (Jocelyn) and family. May Anne rest in peace and be with her loved ones that have gone before her and were awaiting for her arrival. Cousin Marianne and Harold Gill

I can still remember (now over 47 years ago) sitting on her lap, trying on her wigs. And oh how she would laugh as I would dance and prance around with them.
I remember laying on the bed at grandma & grandpa’s house in Montmartre staring at the guardian angel picture on the wall. That picture (and a coo-coo bird clock) are some of the memories lovingly embedded into me.
I was able to visit Auntie Anne a few years ago in Regina. Impressed how such sharp memory and wit she still had … and that laugh GOODNESS that laugh.
A short time after that visit, I received that guardian angel picture as a gift from her. Words cannot express how grateful and heartfelt that was and will forever remain. I smile each time I walk by it.
Thank you Auntie for those memories & the more recent chats we had. I won’t soon forget.
Rest in peace.
Love Chantelle ❤️
