We shared a lifetime and there should have been so many more trips together, but regardless, we got this one in to the Mayan Riviera and had so much fun, even though it took her two hours to do her hair and makeup and pick out what to wear before breakfast, ha ha. She was always a 10 anyway, with no effort. ~ Pam Stadnyk

Courtney and Colton your mom was an amazing person. I’m so glad that I had the chance of meeting and getting to know her. We had so many laughs together at ringette tournaments. When I last talked to Gail She was so proud of her grand babies and so happy about the new grand baby that was on the way. Will miss your beautiful smile and your great talks. Until we meet again Gail. Hugs to you Courtney

I will always remember Gail from Courtney’s ringette days. We travelled together and naturally had a few parent gatherings where Gail could rattle off jokes for ever. She was always smiling and joking around when we saw her. she will be missed by Courtney and Coulton for sure but at least she is pain free.

May deepest sympathy to Courtney, Coltin , her grandchildren and friends. The Berners grew up down the street from our family, the Tweten’s in Highland Park where all the neighbours looked out for each other. In later years. At different times my path would cross with Gail or her brothers and it was great to catch up. Gail always took time with my mum when she shopped at RP Safeway and mum looked forward to having her as her cashier. I pray for her soul. May she rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to Courtney, Coltin and your families, Gail and I worked together at Safeway Regent Park, Gail was the epitome of kindness, gentle , humble and loving person she was such a joy to work with, many of our conversations were more about family rather than work and she shared a passion for all the good things she had in life.
May God give you comfort in this journey of loss , cherish all the precious memories during this difficult time.
